Volcano builders did a phenomenal job on my bathroom remodel. They exceeded my expectations on many levels. Their designer helped me pick out all the tile and bathroom accessories to make sure everything matched in style. Communication was great and response time very fast whenever I had questions for them. They estimated the project would take 5-6 weeks but finished in 4 weeks! Excellent job! Loooooove my new bathroom! Including pics of the Before… and the After!

Volcano Builders did a great job on our master bathroom. The tile work and finishing touches were great. Even though they weren't the cheapest quote we got, you can tell they care about quality.

I had an amazing experience with Volcano Builders! Bar was incredibly kind, communicative, and made the whole process smooth. We completely redid the bathroom, new flooring, vanity, tub, and wall tiles, and it turned out fantastic. I'm so happy with their work that I'm already planning my second bathroom and hopefully the kitchen too. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service!

Questions

Questions about bathroom projects

What drives the cost of a bathroom project?

The biggest cost drivers are the size of the room, whether plumbing moves (a tub becoming a walk-in shower, for example), how much of the floor and walls get tile, and the vanity, glass and fixtures you choose. On the project pages here, the Navy and White Powder Room Remodel shows about $5,000 and the Luxury Master Bathroom with a Marble Slab Shower in Redmond, WA about $125,000. Every project is priced in writing, line by line, for your home. For what moves the price, read Cost of a Bathroom Remodel in the Greater Seattle Area.

How long does a bathroom project take?

It depends on the scope and on permits. Here is how long some of these projects took: about 13 weeks, May 20 to August 15, 2024 for the Master Bathroom with a Wood Slat Wall in Redmond, WA; about 12 weeks, February 26 to May 16, 2024 for the Black Marble-Look Basement Bathroom in Redmond, WA; and about 18 weeks of construction, August 8 to December 14, 2023 for the Open Walk-In Shower Master Bathroom in Redmond, WA. For real timelines from our completed projects, read How long does a remodel take in Seattle?, and for bathrooms in detail, How Long Does a 5x8 Bathroom Remodel Take?.

Do I need a permit for a bathroom project?

It depends on your city and on the work. Moving plumbing, electrical work and structural changes usually need permits. Every project we take on gets a design and permit plan built around your city's rules, and the same team designs, permits and builds the project.

Are these real projects?

Yes. Every project on this page is a real Volcano Builders job with photos from that job. We never use stock photos for our work.
