Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this Site, such as text, images, graphics, logos, audio, and video, is the property of Volcano Builders, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by laws regarding copyright and other forms of intellectual property.
Materials Use
You may use the materials provided on the Site only for personal, noncommercial use. Nothing else is allowed, including reproduction, change, circulation, or transmission of the materials without the prior written permission of Volcano Builders, Inc.
Limitation of Liability
We have ensured that all information on the Site is as accurate as possible. However, we cannot give any warranties as to the completeness or timeliness of the information. We do not assume liability for any loss or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or financial, arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its material.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of such sites and are, therefore, not responsible; we encourage you to review each third-party site’s applicable terms of service and privacy policies before use.
Changes to Terms of Service
At its sole discretion, Volcano Builders, Inc. reserves the right to change or update the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. We encourage periodic visits to this page to take into account any updates. If you continue using the website after the changes are posted, this will be considered your acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Referral Program
These terms apply to the Volcano Builders referral program described on our Referral Program page.
Who can refer. Anyone 18 or older can refer a friend. Volcano Builders employees, subcontractors and members of their households cannot earn rewards.
Who counts as a referral. A referral must be a new client: someone who is not already in our system and has not contacted us in the last 12 months. Your referral must reach us, through our referral form or by phone, before your friend contacts us or within 7 days of their first contact. If two people refer the same person, the referral we receive first earns the reward.
Qualifying project. A referral qualifies when your friend signs a contract with Volcano Builders and the project is completed and paid in full. Cancelled, refunded or unpaid projects earn no reward, and rewards already paid on them may be reversed.
Rewards. On a project of $10,000 or more, we send you a $100 gift card within 7 days of your friend signing, and then the rest of your reward: $400 cash within 14 days of completion and payment in full, or $1,400 in project credit. On a project under $10,000, there is no gift card at signing: your only reward is one $150 gift card at completion.
Your friend’s $500 off. Your friend’s $500 off applies only to projects of $10,000 or more. It is applied on the contract, cannot be combined with other promotions and has no cash value.
Insider. Insider status starts with your third qualifying referral completed within 12 months of your first, and applies to every later qualifying referral completed in that window. Each of those referrals earns $750 cash or $2,500 in project credit in total, including the $100 gift card at signing: the $100 gift card within 7 days of your friend signing, then $650 cash or $2,400 in project credit after completion. Insider status also gives priority start dates on your own Volcano Builders projects.
Project credit. Project credit applies to a new Volcano Builders project. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and expires 24 months after it is issued.
Taxes. Cash rewards may be reportable income. We may ask you for a completed Form W-9 before we pay a cash reward, and we issue tax forms where the law requires.
Reviews. Rewards are never tied to reviews or ratings.
Changes and governing law. Volcano Builders may change or end the program at any time. Referrals received before a change keep the rules in place when they were sent. These program terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
