This agreement explains how Volcano Builders, Inc. sends you documents and notices electronically, and what you agree to when you consent to it. Some information we must give you in writing, and you have the right to receive it on paper. With your consent, we can send it to you electronically instead.
Who this agreement covers
- “We,” “us” and “our” mean Volcano Builders, Inc., a remodeling and construction company with its main office at 1750 112th Ave NE, Suite B217, Bellevue, WA 98004.
- “You” and “your” mean the person giving this consent.
- “Communications” means the documents and notices we provide to you about your project or your request, and the documents you sign or submit at our request. They include project updates, scheduling notices, estimates and proposals, contracts, invoices, warranty notices, and documents about a financing application you submit through our website.
How you give your consent
You give this consent when you check a box or submit a form on our website that refers to this agreement, such as our financing application. If we ask you to sign a document electronically, typing your name, clicking a button or checking a box where indicated counts as your signature.
How we deliver Communications
We may email Communications to the address you gave us, send short notices such as scheduling updates by text message to the phone number you gave us, or send you a link where you can view, sign or download a document. We may still send any Communication on paper.
What you need
- A computer or mobile device with an internet connection and a current web browser.
- A valid email address.
- A program that opens PDF files.
- Storage space or a printer, if you want to keep copies.
Keeping your contact information current
Please tell us when your email address or phone number changes, so your Communications reach you. Call us at (206) 666-0412 or email contact@volcanobuilders.com.
Paper copies
You can ask for a paper copy of any Communication by calling (206) 666-0412, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, or by emailing contact@volcanobuilders.com. There is no fee for paper copies.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time by calling (206) 666-0412, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, or by emailing contact@volcanobuilders.com. After we have processed your request, Communications that must be in writing will be sent to you on paper. Your withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it, and it does not affect Communications sent before then.
