Most of the homes we work on came to us the same way: someone finished a project with us, a friend saw it, and the phone rang. I would take that over any ad, every time, because a friend already trusts you, and you already know what we did in your home.
So when you send someone my way, I treat it as personal. I make the call myself. I walk the house with them. I tell them what I would do if it were mine, and what I would not do. If we are not the right fit for their project, I will tell them that too, and you will still hear back from me.
