Permits come from the city or county your house is in, and each one runs its own portal and inspection calendar. We check your address against those rules before we price the job, so the permit plan in your estimate is the one we file.

What remodeling services do you offer?
We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, basements and entire homes, install flooring and paint houses inside and out. We also build ADUs, home additions and garage conversions, and outside we build decks, patios, concrete, fences and roofs, and we repair or replace siding, windows and foundations. Each service above links to its own page with real projects.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We work out which permits your scope needs, prepare and file the applications, and book every inspection through final approval. Surface updates often need no building permit, while moving walls, plumbing or wiring usually does. Your written estimate lists the permits we will file.

How does pricing work?
After the consultation we send an itemized, written price that shows labor, materials, permits and each finish you picked, so you can change a choice before anything is ordered. How long do projects take?
It depends on the scope, the permits and how quickly your finishes arrive. One room moves faster than several rooms or an addition, and structural work adds review time before building starts.
