My name is Mark [last name] and uh they hired Volcano to come in and completely gut and redo my bathroom uh to my design. My first impression of Volcano was I would probably say when Raphael came in, introduced himself and we started talking through the options, he knew what he was talking about. I could tell that he was fairly flexible in how they work. I also knew the he really knew his answers down pat. So, you know, I got assurance that, well, he could do the job. And early on, you know, I knew that I could trust the guy and and that's critical for me in a job like this. I have to be able to trust the people I'm working with. And that became very apparent very early on. And and that's what kind of sworn me over to go with Volcano. Hasn't changed. There were a whole bunch of challenges along the way. Um joists don't line up. The way the piping had to go, you know, was a bit of a debate. There were questions like how do we do the texturing on the ceiling? so it matches. I made a mistake at one point in terms of what I wanted the wiring to be. Um, so we had to go and uh reroute that. But every step along the way, there was a solution. We got through it. There were no problems that weren't overcome. What I liked about working with Volcano is I have the bathroom I wanted. Yeah. Plus, you know, it I mean it it did did take a while, but I also was very very picky and, you know, I was able to, you know, have them come, you know, at a cadence that allowed me to continue to make decisions over time. I was never pushed to make a decision too fast. And it there was never too long a delay. That wasn't my fault. So, um, the timing was really good. Yeah. Uh, if you're thinking about redoing a bathroom, especially like a total redo, I highly recommend you go talk to Volcano and see what they can do for you as well.

Your previous client, we already did for you the driveway. Uh so, the first question that I want to ask for you, it's what's made you call us in and want for us to do for you another uh project? Yeah. Um the first project went really smoothly. Communication was very easy. It finished on time as expected. You know, very high quality job. So, uh I'm excited to do this bathroom too. Amazing. And how was your general experience in this specific project? It was all all positive. I mean, Ben is fantastic in communication and your whole team. Yeah. Thank you very much. We work clean. We work efficient. How was So you're saying the communication was good. Ben always been on top of everything, update you about everything. We order all the material, handle all the shipping and everything for you. Yes. Yeah. Um almost daily phone call, text. So it was great. Fantastic. Thank you. And this is It's funny cuz you are a Japanese and this is a Japanese uh style, right? This is I guess why you got inspired with the bamboo freestanding tile that I'm pretty sure you're going to enjoy. And will you recommend on us for Yes, I I definitely do. In fact, I had few other project that I kind of wanted to talk to you guys about. So, thank you very much. Anything else that you want to add? Uh, no. I'm very happy with the the outcome. Our bathroom before was 80s style. It had the a jacuzzi tub over here that didn't work and uh the shower in the back. Now we have our dream shower which is huge and allows for more space and as well as a soaking tub which we've always wanted. And the Volcano team was really easy to work with. They walked us through all the steps. They talked to us about what we needed to purchase and the things that they would do and the whole remodel came together on schedule and uh the whole team was really nice and helpful. I would highly recommend using Volcano Builders for your next project.

like most contractors that you know they say, "Well, we'll be here on Tuesday." And then, you know, Friday comes and they haven't even called her. Hi, Linda. How are you? I'm good, thank you. And I want to ask you what kind of project we did for you. You did my two bathrooms, my master and my guest one. And also the roofing on the house and on my husband's shop and on the shed. So it was two bathrooms, one the main the small one and three roofs. Yes. How was your experience from the walk? Oh, wonderful. I I have no problems at all. Um Bar and and Roy have just been wonderful. They uh when they say they're going to be here, they're here. U not like most contractors that, you know, they say, "Well, we'll be here on Tuesday." And then, you know, Friday comes and they haven't even called. But I didn't experience that at all. They did wonderful.

Our experience was really good. the men that did the job, they were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They picked up hard workers. Um, I would recommend them to do any job. You also have been really helpful, bar, you have given us our options and the job is done now and it's beautiful. Our roof is beautiful and the cleanup that they did, the price was good. It was fair price, fair price and uh they were willing to go over it with us to make sure we all understood uh the financial part and we would use them again, but we're never getting another roof. I would say it's very fair considering the amount of work that was done. It was it's really wonderful. You got another estimate and compared to them. I did and um one of the estimates um they it was a very low estimate but they they added little things in like say if you have to buy this then it's more and so it would have run it way up probably or past what um Roy did. You recommend on us to another people like already you recommend on us. Absolutely. You already gave us a few clients. Yes. Amazing. Thank you very much, Linda. It was full of fun to work with you. I gave our PM Sapir a vision of what we wanted and she excited better than we could have imagined. They were very up front with cost break down and were aligned and lower with other bids we received. The most important thing to me is communication and Sapir our PM was incredible through out the process. A remodel or any type of build can be stressful but working with Sapir and Volcano Build they took the stress away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new deck and we will use them for future remodel opportunities for our house.

Volcano Builders did a bathroom for my girlfriend and I. I was very excited at first. These are the pictures. Door knobs with sandblasted........... On one handle and put back on the bathroom door. The old hardware was used. Texturing wasn't done right and texture residue was left in a brand new shower. And after switching sides with our dryer they added a vent hole but did not fix the old vent hole. this is a major disappointment. After 15,000 later. I'm disgusted with the craftsmanship. Do not leave your wife or girlfriend with them to handle the project. Super disappointed! Call Dabella if you need a shower. Thank God volcano did not install ours. And have found out from OUR electrician that plugs were supposed to be GFCI in our bathroom on 6/8/25. Looks like off to court we go. And we WILL go! What a sorry company!

Someone from volcano builders called me today. I politely let them know I was on the do not call list and asked how they got my information and they hang up on me. I called back and someone else answered and let me know that the person who had called me has been warned before about being unprofessional on the phone. You never know what you're going to get when you use the internet to find contractors. I will tell you what you will get with Volcano Builders. You will get a project manager, Mr. Bar who is involved with the project, who will respond to your concerns and address any that you have in person. I initially wanted deck replacement and portion of a fence repaired. Once I saw the quality of work performed I used Volcano Builders for several additional projects, from replacing window trim to the demolition and construction of new work shop that blends in perfectly with the existing structure. Alvarro who is master carpenter listened to what I wanted, suggested and incorporated improvements that I would never have thought of. I am a very satisfied customer, I plan on using them to paint my house next year.
