Had a great experience working with Volcano Builders on remodeling bathroom and flooring in my condo! Bar and his team were very professional from estimates to timely completion of the job! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Volcano Builders! Bar was incredibly kind, communicative, and made the whole process smooth. We completely redid the bathroom, new flooring, vanity, tub, and wall tiles, and it turned out fantastic. I'm so happy with their work that I'm already planning my second bathroom and hopefully the kitchen too. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service!

Questions

Questions about flooring projects

What drives the cost of a flooring project?

The biggest cost drivers are the square footage, the material (wood, luxury vinyl plank or tile), the condition of the subfloor once the old floor is up, and stairs, which take more labor than open floor. On the project pages here, the Condo Wood Floor Installation in Seattle, WA shows about $5,000 and the Log Home Plank Flooring and Stair Remodel about $25,000. Every project is priced in writing, line by line, for your home. For what moves the price, read Remodeling Pricing Guide for the Greater Seattle Area.

How long does a flooring project take?

It depends on the scope of the work and on permits. For real timelines from our completed projects, read How long does a remodel take in Seattle?.

Do I need a permit for a flooring project?

It depends on your city and on the work. Moving plumbing, electrical work and structural changes usually need permits. Every project we take on gets a design and permit plan built around your city's rules, and the same team designs, permits and builds the project.

Are these real projects?

Yes. Every project on this page is a real Volcano Builders job with photos from that job. We never use stock photos for our work.
